We are having a panel of landlords, and Short Term Rental Operators discuss the benefits of Arbitrage Short Term Rentals. Arbitrage Short Term Rentals are where a landlord will rent to a Short Term Operator, who will operate the Short Term Rental, and make a profit above the standard rent. We will be discussing the benefits, for both Landlord, and Operators.
