EVENT REGISTRATION AND FEES
• Registration: Participants can register for our events through the specific event link provided on our website and promotional materials. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with event details.
• Pricing: Some events may offer early bird pricing or impose late registration fees. These pricing tiers will be clearly outlined during the registration process.
• Payment: We accept payment via credit/debit card in US Dollars. All payments are secure and must be completed to confirm your registration.
Cancellation and No-Refund Policy
• No Refunds: We maintain a no-refund policy for all of our events. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Under certain conditions, we may issue a credit for a future event date at our discretion.
• Notification: If you are unable to attend an event for which you are registered, please inform us as soon as possible. While refunds are not provided, your early notice helps us manage our events more effectively.
Event Changes or Cancellations
• Notification: In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation, participants will be notified via text and email with as much advance notice as possible.
• Refunds for Rescheduled/Cancelled Events: If you cannot attend a rescheduled event, you will be eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee to cover our merchant processor’s charges. This fee will be clearly stated at the time of refund processing.
Recordings
• Availability: For certain events, recordings may be made available to registered participants upon request. Details regarding how to request a recording and any associated costs will be communicated directly to you after the event.
Technical Requirements and Support
• Requirements: For participants attending online, they will need a stable internet connection and may require specific software, which will be listed in the event registration process.
• Support: Technical support will be available to assist with any issues accessing the event. Contact details for support will be provided on the event registration link.
